BRIAN J. DUGINSKE is an associate attorney in the firm, focusing his practice on personal injury litigation, including Federal Employers' Liability Act (FELA) injury, collision, and wrongful death cases. Brian also handles whistleblower cases arising under the Federal Rail Safety Act (FRSA). Before joining YJB, Brian worked for the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office and was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Daniel A. O’Fallon. Originally from Wisconsin, Brian received his law degree cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law. While in law school, he was the recipient of the Best Brief Award in the New York Bar Association’s National Moot Court Competition. Brian received his B.A. in Sociology cum laude from the University of Minnesota.
