Ronald J. Barczak is a senior and managing partner at YJB.  He is a skilled trial attorney with expertise in railroad law, FELA, and wrongful death personal injury claims.  Over the past five years he and his firm have become nationally recognized for their work on behalf of victims of hazardous material inhalation and exposure cases.  He has a history of obtaining large verdicts and settlements for accident victims and their families. 

Ron is board certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a civil trial specialist.  He has received the highest possible legal ability rating (AV) by Martindale-Hubbell, the national rating organization for attorneys.  Ron is one of a very select few that has earned inclusion in the prestigious book "Best Lawyers in America."  He is a certified mediator and arbitrator.  In addition, Ron has frequently lectured on various legal issues to judges, attorneys and the public.
