Joe Dolan

Joe Dolan has been with Yaeger, Jungbauer & Barczak for more than 8 years, devoting the majority of his time to investigations for the Railroad Division.  Joe comes from a family that holds deep railroading knowledge, in both the Courtroom and in the field.   Joe graduated in 1998 with a degree in Criminal Justice, which included the study of accident investigation/reconstruction, law enforcement and security.  After graduation, Joe studied with the Academy of Railroad Science to combine his education with the practice of railroading, earning certification from the Academy. 

Joe has personally investigated more than 300 cases in the United States and has had the opportunity to deal with nearly every railroad and railroad craft.  Joe has in-depth knowledge of the railroad rules, practices and the federal standards that govern the railroads. In his spare time, Joe enjoys the outdoors, participating in sports as well as chasing his daughter around the yard.
