Carl P. McNulty, II
A member of the Missouri, Illinois and Florida Bars, Mr. McNulty earned a J.D. with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1989. While in law school, Mr. McNulty was a member of the school’s trail team and received the American Jurisprudence Book Award in the area of Patents, Trademarks and Copyrights. After practicing in the areas of bankruptcy and general litigation in Tampa and Palm Beach, Florida, Mr. McNulty returned to the University of Florida to pursue a Master in Fine Arts. He is adamant his return to the University of Florida in the 1990s was not in any way influenced by the success of the Florida Gators Football team—though he is a rather passionate (obnoxious?) Gator fan. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. McNulty took a hiatus from his law practice to pursue a career in acting in the Big Apple.
Deciding he was not cut out for the “starving artist” life, he returned to the practice of law in 2002 in St Louis, Missouri.
From 2004 to May of 2007, Mr. McNulty practiced law in the area of asbestos litigation.
