Chuck Hillyard
Chuck is as a Field Representative for the Northwestern Region. He and his wife both came from railroad families in the Spokane, WA area where they live with their two children, Charles and Ashley. Chuck enjoys fishing, camping, yard work and spending time with his family.
Chuck started working for the railroad as an engineer in 1996. After an injury ended his career, he chose Yaeger, Jungbauer & Barczak to represent him in his claim through three years of litigation and a four-week trial. Chuck looks forward to joining the Yaeger, Jungbauer & Barczak team after personally witnessing our attorneys’ dedication to his case. “YJB attorneys are by far superior and the best FELA attorneys in the country,” he said, adding, “It was a pleasure to go in a courtroom everyday and watch the railroad and their attorney try to explain lies that the great legal team at YJB exposed.”
Chuck enjoys his continued involvement with unions and the many friends he has on the railroad. He believes that “having an attorney with the experience, courage and desire to hold the railroad and their people responsible for their actions in a court of law should be a number one priority when railroaders are faced with an injury.”
