Dennis D. McGinley
Denny McGinley is one of the leaders of an impressive Yaeger, Jungbauer & Barczak field staff providing outstanding service and support to railroaders all over the United States. Denny works closely with the rest of the field staff to disseminate educational and informative materials to railroad workers across the country. In addition to these responsibilities, Denny also assists with the critical task of coordinating the firm's investigation efforts, and is responsible for personally investigating cases for injured rail workers.
Denny first came to Yaeger, Jungbauer & Barczak as a client following a back injury on the CN&W. When this injury forced him to change occupations, Denny tried a brief stint as an account representative, but returned to the fold in the mid 1980's and has been working in the investigation department ever since.
Although his tireless efforts on behalf on Yaeger, Jungbauer & Barczak clients require long hours and frequent travel, Denny always finds time for his family, which includes Diane, his wife of over 20 years, their three children, Mark, Mary Beth and Nancy, and their grandson Michael.
