Joe Dolan

Joe Dolan has been with Yaeger, Jungbauer & Barczak since 1998 , devoting the majority of his time to investigations for the Railroad Division which he heads but also assists in the automobile division. Joe comes from a family that holds deep railroading knowledge, in both the courtroom and in the field. Joe graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice, which included the study of accident investigation/reconstruction, law enforcement and security. After graduation, Joe studied with the Academy of Railroad Science to combine his education with the practice of railroading, earning certification from the Academy.

Joe has personally investigated close to 1000 cases throughout the United States and has had the opportunity to deal with nearly every railroad and railroad craft and the accidents that happen within them. Joe has in-depth knowledge of the railroad rules, practices and the federal standards that govern the railroads. Joe has had extensive training in accident investigation/reconstruction in Automobile cases as well as Railroad accidents. In his spare time, Joe enjoys the outdoors, participating in sports as well as chasing his daughter around the yard.

Joe is a member of the National Association of Legal Investigators (NALI) as well as the National Association of Railroad Safety Consultants and Investigators (NARSCI)
