Biography

Since becoming a member of Yaeger, Jungbauer & Barczak, PLC in 1997, John has provided legal representation to numerous individuals affected by accidents and their families, advocating for their rights in both Federal and State courts across the United States. With a wealth of experience, John excels as a trial attorney, adept at navigating personal injury, railroad (FELA), and wrongful death cases. Between 2007 and 2013, he served as the Assistant City Attorney and primary prosecutor for his hometown, Stillwater, Minnesota. During this time, he also continued to actively manage his personal injury caseload.

John served as the representative of the 19th District Bar Association in the General Assembly of the Minnesota State Bar Association. He is an active member of the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys (ARLA), demonstrating his dedication to the field. Additionally, he holds membership in the American Association for Justice and the Minnesota Association for Justice, reflecting his commitment to upholding justice and advocating for the rights of those he represents.
