Railroad workers and FELA attorneys scored a major victory in the railroad industry’s relentless attack on FELA today when the United States Supreme Court released its opinion in CSX v. McBride. While several written briefs were submitted by groups supporting both the railroad industry and injured workers, the only brief referenced in the opinion is the one penned by Yaeger & Jungbauer Barristers, PLC attorneys on behalf of the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys. Once again, the law firm of Yaeger & Jungbauer Barristers, PLC was instrumental in defending the rights of the country’s railroad workers.
