MagnusonAssociateSince becoming a member of Yaeger, Jungbauer & Barczak, PLC in 1997, John has provided legal representation to numerous individuals affected by accidents and their families, advocating for their rights in both Federal and State courts across the United States. With a wealth of experience, John excels as a trial attorney, adept at navigating personal injury, railroad (FELA), and wrongful death cases. Between 2007 and 2013, he served as the Assistant City Attorney and primary prosecutor for his hometown, Stillwater, Minnesota.
